I am in trouble with Native Access. The program is closed shortly after starting.
I opened a ticket to NI, but no human seems to help me. I did all the stuff the bot forced me to do, spent hours of time, but no result.
I sent them a video an log files of NA and NTK Daemon.
I got no response to the files.
Because I have spent 600 Euros fr Komplete, I would prefer to update and install all the stuff if it is lost from the computer. For now Komplete is running well on the computer, but no update possible.
Native Access is the only software not working on my computer.
What can I do, where can I get help for debugging the problem?
