Free Pro Tools 2026.4 Expansion Packs

I downloaded Massive X after upgrading to Pro Tools Studio 2026.4 and saw that I had 2 free expansion packs (Haze and Lo‑fi & Chill Plucks). I've followed the direction on the video found on Avid's website, however, when I log into my Avid account and go to the "Native Instruments" section, these 2 expansion packs are not showing up (for 4 days now). What am I doing wrong? This is what shows on the installation video:

First of all then it says that the N.I. expansion packs are for users with 'an active annual/perpetual plan' (don't know if you have that ?) (also ref. video)

So first question would be : are you eligible for the expansions ?

Then from what I can see I you would have had a serial to redeem on your Avid account like with Intro+ or there would be some place on your Avid account where you should find some serials to redeem in N.A. , in the latter case then from Google AI suggestions then you need to locate some serials on your Avid account and redeem them in Native Access.

Google AI suggestion :

Redeem via Avid Account

Go to the "View My Products" page.

Click on your Pro Tools product (Studio or Ultimate) to view details.

Scroll down to "View Software Download Links & Product Details".

Locate the Inner Circle or Expansion Pack section to find your Native Instruments serial numbers.

If you think that you are eligible and do not get any serials on your Avid account to to redeem in N.A. then double check how to redeem offer and else contact Avid Support .

After watching the video the first time, I knew that I was eligible (Annual subscription to Pro Tools Studio). I've installed Massive X and have used it on a session inside of Pro Tools, but I've yet to see the XP's come available in the "My Products" section in my Avid online account (or in Avid Link). I've consulted Grok and Chat GPT in an effort to find out what the heck is going on and came up with similar answers to what you show Google AI providing to you. I just checked "My Products" again this morning and get the same screen:

The XP's are still nowhere to be found…

I do not know what the video tell are the instructions to redeem (?)

Did you try clicking respectively the product name itself and the "More info" to the right to see if that reveals any serial number information ?

Else I think that you need to ask Avid for how to redeem or where to get the serials if they are needed (they are needed if you are going to use Native Access as it says on your picture , in which case you then redeem the serials in Native Access add serial function)

Have you installed Native Access and ionstalled Massive X Player? HAve you clicked on REDEEM for the Massive X expansions? Once you do that, it should show the serial in Native Access. Is it not the case? Please give us more details on what's happening so we can see where the probem could come from, on our side or Avid's one.

I've not contacted Avid yet. I don't know how to explain it in any greater detail than I already have. Bottom line is that I have an active annual Pro Tools Studio subscription, which (according to the video "How to use Massive X Player") should qualify for the XP's and they should be showing up (like they do in the video) in "My Products" in my Avid account. They are not. Frustrating. Starting to feel it's all more trouble than it's worth.

Unfortunately, if the products are missing in your Avid account, we don't have access to their systems so you should really get in touch with them. Of course if they need any info from our part, let us know.
