Traktor S4 MK3 and macOS - Problem with audio output

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with the audio output from my Traktor S4 MK3. I connected my monitor speakers (Adam Audio DV3) via XLR cables to the console (XLR main output) and set the audio routing on the Traktor software as follows:

Same goes for the headphones, can not hear any audio at all. I have been searching all day for similar discussions on here but could not find any solution, my settings should be set correctly.

Any suggestions?

If you select the S4 MK3 as output for your Mac, do you get sound if you check a Youtube video for example?

and also on your screenshot, it seems the gain is all the way down and the fader is full left:
