Sudden volume jump when adjusting tempo with Key Lock enabled (Xone Mixer mode)

Hi everyone,

I’ve encountered a consistent volume issue when using Xone mixer mode.

Setup:

• macOS
• Auto Gain: ON
• Limiter: ON
• Key Lock: initially ON

Description:
When increasing the tempo of a track with Key Lock enabled, the volume jumps up suddenly (not gradually).

When returning the tempo to its original value, the volume decreases, but remains higher than the initial level.

The only way to restore the original volume is to toggle Key Lock OFF and/or ON again.

This behavior is also clearly visible on the master channel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set Mixer mode to Xone
2. Load any track (issue occurs on all tracks tested)
3. Make sure Key Lock is ON
4. Increase tempo slightly (e.g. +0.5–1 BPM) → volume jumps up
5. Return tempo to original value → volume remains higher than initial
6. Toggle Key Lock → volume resets to original level

Expected behavior:
Volume should remain consistent when adjusting tempo, regardless of Key Lock state.

Actual behavior:
Volume jumps when changing tempo and does not return to the original level unless Key Lock is toggled.

Hello,

maybe a stupid question but does it happen with mouse and/or controller in use to increase the tempo? If it happens with the controller there might be something switching in background that should not switch, you could then try to delete and reload the mapping.
