FM8 No Card Icon In Komplete Kontrol

FM8 refuses to show its logo card in Komplete Kontrol. I've gone through the instructions and did everything to fix this problem. Rebuilding the databse, reinstalling FM8, run as admin, disable antivirus, etc. Nothing else has this problem, just FM8. I've exhausted all fixes.

I did some cleaning up recently and that's probably what did it.

Drive and registry cleaners can do massive damage so if using things like that then you need to be extremely careful.

When looking in the path:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Komplete Kontrol\PAResources\image
I'm seeing all my plugins except for FM8. You can see here in the pic it's missing. This looks like where it would be, by looking at what's in the Massive folder.
So if you have that FM8 folder with those resource files in it, could you upload it for me. That would probably fix it.

I see no harm in that , so here you go (I don't know if you need to take ownership of the files) :

FM8.zip

Otherwise the try uninstalling once more , but after uninstall also remove FM8 from : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

as well as remove in reg tool : Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

the reboot computer (important)

then try a reinstall in latest version of Native Access for your OS

I did all that. Didn't fix it. I know it should have, I don't know why, but it didn't. I did some cleaning up recently and that's probably what did it.

P.S.

It's also possible that the cleaner you used have screwed up other apps such as Native Access and Komplete Kontrol , it can not be stressed enough how much damage such programs can do if used indiscriminately.

The recommended solution for fixing things if having used a cleaner is a full uninstall of all affected products followed by a reinstall
