Problems with Kontakt 8, files not recognized

Question

Hello, my computer had Windows 10, I had Cubase 6 and Kontakt 5, so I decided to upgrade. I installed Windows 11, then I purchased Cubase 15 and Kontakt 8, then my I started to notice some problems

Not sure why, but Kontakt is not recognizing all my libraries, it says files are incompatible (I really miss to have the Ilya Efimov samples, for examples, specially the Nylon guitar).

I reinstalled Kontakt with the same result.

Any idea how to solve this?, is there a workaround for this? your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

What libraries are you having issues with exactly? Do you have installation instructions? Have you checked with the third party provider of this library if they have updates and information for these products?

First remove your present import attempt in browser.  Then see if you can open the library in file mode and then do a batch resave .  Kymeia reported that a batch resave helped import a library that gave an error.  Topic is another here but I believe that the problem adding might be the same.
