I purchased a Mikro MK3 from a music shop and found out after the fact that it didn’t come with the license number. After contacting NI they sent me the link to buy Maschine 3 software which I did. After downloading, my software shows up as demo. I have gone through all the recommended steps to resolve them “demo” issue, nothing has worked. I have tried to get further help but it’s impossible. At the end of every email, they tell you if you need more help, to reply to the email directly. I have and they never have replied. I’ve put in multiple additional tickets and only received back generic replies and to tel me that they don’t issue refunds for software. I cannot get any further help from them and a refund for my useless software isn’t possible, apparently. I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed. At this point I just want to return the software and unit and be done with it but I can’t speak to anyone at the company. I don’t know what to do. Is there anyone out there that knows how to get technical support? Please help, someone.
