After uninstalling a product (e.g., RX 10 Advanced), Native Access still shows it as "Repair," which is misleading and forces users to manually delete dozens of hidden files and caches—in a dozen different locations (in macOS)—to resolve. (It literally just took me 20-30 minutes to delete one product, even with ChatGPT walking me through each step.)
There is currently no automated way to:
- Hide products
- Uninstall products
- Automatically update status from "Repair" to "Install" after uninstall
This creates unnecessary friction and confusion. A simple solution would be:
- A "Hide" or "Remove from list" option
- Or automatic and complete uninstall
The current, manual cleanup process is profoundly complex.
Why, why, why has this basic functionality been overlooked for so very long?
