@Night hawk I've quickly checked your NI account (based onb the email address you have for the forum, which should be the same as your NI account) and there are no registered products there. Maybe you registered them on a different email address/NI account? BEst would be to get in touch with my collegaues to figure this out. normally you just install native access open it, log in and you should be able to download your product(s) and activate them. So native access is the software to manage all your stuff from native. Maybe you can describe the problem a bit better, are there any prompts or something, have you checked the subscription.

And your subscription is still active? If you are online and logged in you should be able to check that, there is also a "my products" page where you should see all the stuff you can use. But I don't know exactly how those subscriptions work. Maybe that subscription was only for a month, even if I don't think so, and now you have to buy traktor. What exact controller have you bought? Maybe the full traktor 4 version was a promo and you get traktor play instead as a full working version.
There is no such thing as a subscription for Traktor.

You mention a subscription in connection with Traktor Pro , but you leave out the information about what is the specifics about the subscription that you are referring to.
I have looked extensively into the matter and the only thing that makes sense is if you are referring to the "Get Traktor Play for Free with Beatport Streaming" subscription offer (CC: @lord-carlos) .

In step 1 , 'footnote' 4 ,of the "Get Traktor Play for Free with Beatport Streaming" it says : Free perpetual license for Traktor Play DJ software by Native Instruments.
In step 2 , 3 of the "Get Traktor Play for Free with Beatport Streaming" it says :
2 : Once you’ve started your free trial, keep an eye out for an email from us with your exclusive Traktor Play serial number.
3 : You can redeem your copy of Traktor Play by clicking here and entering your serial number when prompted..
That brings us to the following fact : Your headline is wrong , the offer from Beatport does not include Traktor Pro 4 , it only includes Traktor Play !
P.S. : I read further down the page where it says : Want More Features? : Your free copy of Traktor Play gives you an exclusive upgrade price for Traktor Pro 4, which you can use at any time. So apparently then you have the option to 'upgrade' to Traktor Pro 4 at an exclusive price - I do not know if you have to contact Beatport of NI for the offer since the details are not given. (Probably NI since the offer is also mentioned down the NI Traktor Play redeem page)
Secondly : then are you completely sure that you are logged into the same correct NI account in Native Access as the one that you redeemed the Traktor Play serial into ?
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Otherwise then if you have lost access to your account then please contact N.I. Support (all) and have them help. It would probably help if you find the Traktor Play serial that you got from Beatport per email and share it with NI Support. (do NOT post any serials here)

Is the device a device that you bought from new or secondhand ?
Did you add the device hardware serial in Native Access or was it transferred to your NI account ?
If/when the device were registered to your NI account then you could possibly also have received a version of Traktor Pro in connection with that , but that has nothing to do with your Beatport subscription - Traktor Play offer question….
