WHY CAN'T NI MAKE DOWNLOADS WORK ON A F'N MAC ? I put iCloud Relay on Pause, now the libraries say "PAUSED" and you still can't download them…members should get rebate$ for all of the lost hours trying to make this work…I've had to buy a Windows laptop just to download the libraries to an external SSD only to use them on an iMac, but I still can't do updates without jumping back to the Win laptop. I used to trash Windows but no more…at least there's a workaround to NI's utter failure to make their own software work. If you have only a Mac at your disposal don't put yourself through the torture of NI's subscription service. It doesn't work, it hasn't worked for years now and they wren't going to fix it as long as idiots like me keep buying it because there's no options out there…I have NEVER seen, in 30 years of computing, a company that can't make a downloader work, and there's NO END IN SIGHT to make it work. NI should be sued for accepting money for software that doesn't work.
I split your NI 360 subscription question comment into it's own question.
Your problem most likely has nothing to do with that you are on a subscription but is a problem with getting Native Access to work on your computer.
Native Access works on most people's computers including Mac ones. If you have a problem with N.A: then you need to get it solved and procedure for that is opening a question in the forum for trouble shooting where you supply all relevant information. Or alternatively then you contact N.I. Support (all) right away and ask them help fix the issue. NI Support should be able to help solve your issue.

I would recommend to reach out to our support team as they may need to take a deeper look into your system. In the meantime, you can also try to install your products via our download manager: https://www.native-instruments.com/account/downloads
