My output routing is not working and it is not giving me any options to connect to in the drop down menu.
Try to install the s2 mk3 ASIO driver again: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/
And then select that in the audio drop down. Because right now you have just s2 selected. I'm not sure, but I would suspect the name for your device would have the mk3 in the name.
Sorry, didn't mean to be curt but this problem is driving me crazy
Can you take a screenshot of your "audio setup" and "output routing" tab in traktor? While your sound device is connected and turned on.
Thank you, you're a gent.
Will try later when i get home.
I did manage to get some sound out of it later on but I had to set the audio device to my laptop and I couldn't get the routing to share properly
Hope this is what you were looking for. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
It looks like it can't see the s2
Is it connected? Does it light up?
Yes it does. When first connected it flashes through everything but if you then open Traktor it only partly lights up. Also, if you hover over the usb eject function on the task bar it says eject Traktor S2 so my laptop is seeing it Thank you.
Hi @legspin if you're still having issues please let me know and I will create a support ticket for you and forward it to our traktor specialists
Mhh, and you use the very old S2 controller? Not s2 mk2 or s2 mk3?
@lord-carlos No, it's a mk3.
@Cliona_NI I'll give it another 24 hours and if I've had no luck I will be back to you again.
Thank you both👍️
Hello,
maybe a stupid question, under internal routing you also don't have the outputs on the drop down menus for all the single outputs, master, headphones and stuff.
@ Uwe If I use the internal soundcard yes.
Does the interface works with other software and the asio driver? Have you tried to uninstall the driver's and reinstall them with the device not connected. Maybe delete drivers via device manager by deleting the device and if it asks for deleting the driver, say yes
Sorted. Somehow, I had managed to delete the Mk3 driver from the list coz it wasn't there and I didn't realise. Thanks to lord-carlos for that suggestion. Been banging my head for a while now over this Thank you everyone else as well. Great to see ye taking care of a noobie with a problem👍️❤️
