Dear Native friends, how the hell can we get the preset explorer in absynth 6 working, factory sounds are not loading (factory settings incorrect?) . We see the names but does not load anything…..very difficult strange problems….HELP US!!!!
How did you install Absynth 6 and are you using a demo version or a full version ?
What is your exact OS version/build and what is your Absynth 6 version ? What is your Native Access version ?
In exactly which type of setup are you experiencing the problems ? Using Absynth 6 as standalone or as a plugin in a DAW ?

A bit of basic troubleshooting - In standalone mode, when you click in the explorer map do you hear the preview of the preset? If not check first check that "audition" at the top is selected. If you still don't hear previews check the Audio/MIDI settings preferences which you can find by clicking the three dots on the right of the "Absynth" logo a the top left. Check the settings are correct and that you hear a tone when you click the Test button. WARNING - Before hitting Test turn your speaker volume down a little as the test tone is LOUD!!
Assuming that you can get the previews to work be sure to double-click the preset dot to load the sound, single clicking doesn't do it. If you're still having problems let us know.
