Technical Issue Report: Traktor Pro 4 Crash on S4 Mk3
System Specifications:
- Hardware: MacBook Pro 2019
- OS: macOS 15.7.5
- Software: Traktor Pro 4.4.2
- Controller: Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 (Latest Firmware)
Issue Description:I was at a gig using the setup mentioned above. Everything was working perfectly, as it has for several previous gigs—until I scrolled through a playlist using the Browse knob on the S4. At that moment, Traktor froze and then crashed/closed immediately.
This is the first time I have ever experienced this, regardless of which versions I've used in the past.
Question:
Is this a known bug in Traktor 4.4.2 or with the S4 Mk3 integration?
The log file is unfortunately unreadable.
