S49 MK III and FL Studio - verry bad feelings. What I do wrong?

Hi, I feel like the integration between the S49 MK3 and FL Studio is either very poor, or I’m missing something fundamental. I followed the official integration guides, but I’m encountering several major issues:

* VST Mapping & MIDI Templates (Non-NKS)

I want to control non-NKS syntezators (e.g., Serum) in MIDI Mode. When I use "MIDI Learn" in Serum, nothing happens unless I manually assign the Wrapper ports to match my global MIDI settings (Ports 236/237). This is a flawed workaround because:

- As soon as I load another instance, assigning these ports causes all instruments to play simultaneously when I press a key, instead of only the selected channel in the Channel Rack.

- Using FL Studio’s "Multilink" only works for one instance. If I open a second Serum instance, all previous mappings are lost and I have to start over.

Is there any way to create a MIDI Template for a specific synth so that it works immediately upon loading, without re-mapping everything every single time?
* Omnisphere Integration

Even though Omnisphere natively supports the S49 MK3, the knobs don't work in FL Studio unless I manually set the Wrapper ports to 236/237. When using the Komplete Kontrol plugin, Serum partially works, but Omnisphere doesn't respond at all.
* Standalone vs. DAW Performance

Everything works perfectly in Standalone mode, but in FL Studio, it’s a disaster. Furthermore, I cannot find a way to use Polyphonic Aftertouch in FL Studio. Monophonic works after configuration, but Polyphonic seems unsupported or broken.

I’ve spent the last 3 days searching for a solution with no luck. My goal is simple: Create a "Serum Template" on the keyboard, load the VST in FL Studio, and have it work immediately. Am I doing something wrong, or is the integration simply not there yet?

If you want to make Serum NKS compatible to make things easier you can get a library for it here:

and for Ommnisphere 3 (with host automation already pre-mapped and a heafty control template applied individually to each preset):

You need to use Komplete Kontrol to make use of the NKS features of auto mapped controls and browsing of presets from the keyboard. KK should work just fine in FL as it does in almost every DAW but it may take some additional libraries like above to make the most of it or you have to generate your own template for an instrument to load first before manually switching presets in the plugin itself.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that not everything works correctly with the Komplete Kontrol app when I run it as a VST plugin inside FL Studio.

When I load Serum within Komplete Kontrol and press the PLUG-IN button on my keyboard, the screen correctly shows 'Serum 2' and some of the mapped knobs work fine. However, this doesn't work for Omnisphere 3, even though I’ve enabled hardware support for my keyboard within the synth itself. This issue occurs when I run Komplete Kontrol as a VST inside FL Studio, or when I use the plugin standalone outside of Komplete Kontrol as VST inside DAW. Interestingly, everything works perfectly in the Standalone version of the software outside the DAW.

If I understand correctly, am I restricted to using my custom templates only within the Komplete Kontrol app or plugin? Is it impossible to create a custom template for a specific plugin and use it directly in my DAW without having to load the Komplete Kontrol wrapper?"

To control Serum then you should use a NKS template and Komplete Kontrol by copying the template parts to the right places on your computer.
