this serial has already been registered. if your account doesn't already contain this product. this is the message I get when I put in my serial number but this product is not in my library. can anyone help please
@Paul OLE When checking the NI account attached to the email adrress you use for the forum I can see no serial at all on your account. Maybe you logged in with the wrong email. In any case please get in touch with our support here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
