"My Komplete Kontrol A61 has entered DFU mode."

Hi,

I need urgent help with my Komplete Kontrol A61. It is stuck in DFU mode, and I am unable to use it for any of my work. I have already tried the solutions provided by Native Instruments, but nothing worked. I also sent an email earlier but haven't received a response yet.

Please provide a solution as soon as possible. It's very frustrating as my work is completely stuck.

Have you attempted to reflash the firmware using the firmware utility:

https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/drivers/audiohardware/KKA_FWUpdater_140_Win.zip

Being a weekend you will not get a reply from NI immediately, they have weekends off from support.
