How to upgrade izotope

I previously purchased the iZotope Music Production Suite from Audio deluxe. However, I can’t find the upgrade version on the official iZotope website. Why is that? Do I have to purchase the upgrade from Audio deluxe?

The email address I used when purchasing from Audio Deluxe is ◯◯◯◯◯◯@yahoo.co.jp, while the email address currently registered with iZotope is ◯◯◯◯◯@gmail.com.

Could this difference be causing any issues?

You should contact N.I. Support (all) or iZotope Support and ask them for help to get an upgrade offer.

Then when you get a ticket confirmation/auto-response then respond and tell them any further details to indicate that you still need help.
