Traktor Z1 MK2 Updater won't recognize my device

As said in the Title, I have installed my Z1 MK2 controller and it works fine with Traktor PRO 4 that came with the product, but it always remind me that I need to update my Firmware and when I try to do so my controller isn't recognized.

I'm also sending the picture to confirm this.

I've tried to reinstall the drivers and install everything from scratch, but no luck.

Please advise, thank you.

Have you tried with another USB cable, another USB slot? Is your Windows system up to date?

Yup! Everything looks ok, and I have used the USB cable that came with the controller.
