Guitar Rig, application Crash on Start

I've been working on this for several months now, and I am still at a standstill. I have the app running successfully on two other PCs, but I cannot open it on my main PC. This morning I completely uninstalled. Downloaded Native Access, installed GR7 again, and it still crashed on start. One observation is that it does not seem to load the dependencies. Here is a support file to analyse. Please help me resolve this

FYI, GR6 operates just fine

Didn't know of this , Ill certainly give it a shot now

Ran through all 6 options. Top to bottom. It did fully load and import after # 3 but crashed after one click. Several attempts were made.

In that case I think that you need to contact N.I. Support (all) and after ticket confirmation with auto response then answer them again and include the support file from above (forum users such as I can not read that type of file anyway).

In the mean time if you want then you could also check the Windows Event Viewer, there ought to be a log for the Guitar Rig app crash , and for any events leading to the crash if any , see here for how to use Event Viewer. To access Event Viewer select the keyboard shortcut Win+R, type eventvwr.msc and press the ENTER key.

No , and by the way , not correct , NI allows installation on up to three computers :

Ref.: Quote : END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT , section: 3.3

Licensee may install and personally use the licensed software on three devices (e.g. one computer, one laptop,one workstation), provided that the said software is used only on one device regularly.Simultaneous use on more than one hardware device is not permitted. The Products may not be used on a network by multiple users, unless each user possesses a license. In case Licensee changes the hardware,all software on the hardware used must be deleted.

Interesting… I may have an older PC that is installed on that is in a closet, unused. I'll check that out. Thanks

Having an extra activation on another PC isn't going to cause a crash. Looking at your logs there are multiple crashes from GR so checking the Windows event log is probably a good start.

There also appear to be several N.A: crash in there in between the GR crash ?
