connect with exisiting hard drive library

Can not connect my exisiting hard copy library. Also can not see all the plug ins, effects, instruments available for download. only few available, which i have downloaded in the same hard drive directory. Library location updated to the hard drive through the native access.

To add with my post, I sold my my old macbook pro M2, wihtout any back up. It is my New M5 pro laptop where i have logged in with my Apple ID. All purchase has been reinstated except this native access library

If you are on a new computer then you need to reinstall all the NI apps and plugins and as far as I know also expansions for e.g. Maschine and Massive X. You can only reuse Kontakt libraries :

You should be able to click the three little dots right to the install options and there select Locate , reference : Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries

Thank for the reply- which is very good. But here, My issue, even I like a fresh installation, Which i tried with a new folder, new download , new installation- I can only find very few plug ins. My log in in Native website, showing all of my purchases.

I want to de authorise my old mac which i have sold already.

It is frustrating,. It stopped my production workflow completely

You don't need to de-authorise the old Mac. When you way you can only find a few plugins do you mean you can only see a few plugins in Native Access even though you can see them all on the Native Access site? It that's the case double check that you're using the same login for both. If you can see them all on Native Access are they all showing as installed?

You are obliged to remove (uninstall) the N.I. software from the computer if you sell it. When all the N.I. software has been removed from the computer (including the N.A. and NTKDaemon) then there is no need for any further de-authorization .

Ref.: Quote : END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT , section: 3.3 : In case Licensee changes the hardware, all software on the hardware used must be deleted.

Do you mean in Native Access ? Since you state "kontakt 15 ultimate" then supposing that you mean Komplete 15 Ultimate then the software should indeed show in Native Access.

Have you downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS ? And are you sure that you are logged into the same correct account with same email and password as using when log in to your N.I. account on the web ?

Also then remember to give ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And if using Sequoia/Tahoe then if prompted to do so then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: Howt o grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

I already sold my old mac after resetting to factory condition. But not logged out removed the NTK products, it is automatically deleted from the computer. This action can not be undone.

WHat I know I can use my license for 3 devices, so far I used it for two of my devices, still one license is pending- even if count my sold macbook pro.

Installing any apple softwares are very easy for any new devices.

I have followed your advice for Plugin alliance softwares installation, It allowed me to install their free plug-ins only. It is not showing any KOMPLETE 15 ultimate related plug-ins. No option for redeeming other plug ins related to KOMPLETE 15 ultimate.
Also, so far no solutions for my massive purchased KOMPLETE 14 standard, Komplate 15 ultimate related plug ins. All products are visible when I log through your website. But not in native access.I am attaching the invoice for 15 ultimate and the screenshot of all the packages.

Please avoid creating new requests. It only complicates things. I already have escalated this ticket: 4843345 where you had already replied to. Please wait for a colleague of mine to reply to this request.

I have to delete the invoice and screenshots showing private data. Please remember it's a public space and you shouldn't share private data. That's why this has to be taken care of by my colleagues. Thanks for understanding.
