Abbey Road 50s Drummer samples - Aliasing issue?

I think there might be a serious issue with Native Instruments Abbey Road 50s Drummer samples. No matter which sample rate I'm using - I always see these crazy spikes/artifacts around 20kHz using a spectrum analyzer, mostly occurring during sample tails

Ahhh I pressed enter while trying to pick tags and it posted my thread without having the chance to edit it. Let's try again. Can anyone recreate this? Slap a spectrum analyzer right after Abbey Road 50s Drummer and let us know if you see it. Is this some kind of sample rate issue or aliasing issue? I think can cause major problems in any recording when played in different sample rates even if it's outside the human hearing zone technically
