Hi, i was hoping someone could reach out for help with a refund or clarification for what i was charged for when i re-subbed to 360plus? I hit reactivate and changed my subscription, but when i just looked at my credit statement and it said that i was charged for a full year. When I changed my plan to monthly it gave me a discount for the year so now i don't know what Ive paid for.. am i going to be charged twice now? Will i receive a discount and a refund? i would really appreciate someone reaching out to me so that i can get this sorted.
