Hi NI Support Team,
I am trying to transfer my Komplete Kontrol hardware and its bundled software to a new buyer. However, every time I click "Confirm Transfer" on the website, I receive a "TYPO3 Service Unavailable" or "TYPO3 Error".
I have already tried:
- Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Clearing cache and using Incognito mode.
- Using different devices (PC and Mobile).
The error persists. Could you please manually generate a Transfer ID for me?
