Hi, I just got an Arturia Keylab 61 Mk3. I was excited to start using some of the controller knobs and faders on the keyboard to control parameters within Kontakt Instruments. I read about the Right-Click "MIDI Learn" function. Sounded nice and easy! However, it didn't exist on the instruments I first looked at (from the Kontakt Library). Then I read that for some Instruments you have to use the Automation tab, and selection "Learn" from that tab. Fine enough. Found the Automation tab. But there is no "Learn" button anywhere. What's going on?? Also, when I do move any of the knobs and faders on the Keylab in its default setting, none of the parameters on any Kontakt plugin move. Whereas on my Roland Cloud and Reason plugins, I am able to control parameters using the default setting on the Keylab. Seems like there is always something weird and non-standard about how Kontakt works. Anyone have any tips? What's the simplest way for me to assign MIDI CC controllers - especially when there is no Learn button to be had? Also, is this perhaps all fixed in Kontakt 8 if I were to upgrade?? Thank you!!
