Microphone not working

ı have installed the driver and ASIO but it seems to have a problem cause my mic does not receive any voices and the led dots that shows input 1 sound level are not showing any lights. I tried with 2 different mics but it didn’t change so there is no problem with my mic can someaone help ?

What kind of microphone are we talking about? Does it require phantom power? Have you enabled phantom power? Is the soundcard recognised by your computer? Is the output working when you load a video on your computer? Is this happening within a DAW? Just with the soundcard?
