My product won’t work!

I’m stuck on registration failed, but it looks like the product registered with my account. Ideas? @Jeremy_NI - I heard you were the only person that gets back in touch at this company. Starting to regret purchasing from these folks if customer service is going to be like this…

Hello @ni_user_rg if you bought the Maschine Plus second hand and the previous owner updated it to version 2.1.0, you would need to have a Maschine 3 license to be able to register the device. If the previous owner didn't transfer the Maschine 3 license, you'll need to buy the update.

Not sure where you got the information I was the only one to "get back in touch" but I can assure you that my colleagues from support deal with a lot of requests and actually get back to everyone. You submitted your request 11 hours ago, my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.
