S49 Mk3 key velocity issue (one key hitting 127)

Hi, I have a mk3 s49 keyboard. Its in warranty. One of the D keys no matter how soft i press it peaks at 127 as though im playing it hard. I have been in kontakt support chat for 2 weeks and they've got me to test it in midi ox and send videos which clearly show the fault. Does any one have any other idea how to fix this issue or has had this issue before. And if so did Native Instruments eventually come through and help. Coz it feels like im getting no help on the support side.

If it's an in-warranty fault then they'll get you sorted out.
