Is there a way to overdub record in Ableton with any of the transport buttons on the Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3? I can do normal recording, and automation, but no shortcut for overdub recording.
Implementing this feature is in the team's backlog. No ETA to share yet.
Don't think there is overdub function, never was on the MK2 either. I use a stream deck for quick commands like that. Not sure if you can MIDI map one of the MIDI buttons on the keyboard for it?
Ableton provides a MIDI Arrangements Overdub in the Options menu, but there's no hot key available to automate it as far as I know.
