Missing Beatport Streaming Voucher - Traktor Pro 4 Purchase

I have recently purchased and registered Traktor Pro 4, but I haven't received the 2-month Beatport Streaming Advanced voucher that was supposed to be part of the package.

I’ve checked my "My Account" section and my email (including spam/promotions), but the code is nowhere to be found. I am a new Beatport user, so I should be eligible for this promotion.

The virtual assistant on the website was unable to help with this specific licensing/voucher issue. Could a moderator please look into this or create a support ticket for me?

I am ready to provide my account email and serial number via Private Message.
