headphones-no sound

i have connected the ddj sb3 pioneer controller via usb with the pc, also download the asio4all driver and the win.driver for the controller but still no sound on the headphones , if i run the serato prog it works fine, but no with traktor. any subjections ????

Asio4all should not be needed.

Can you share a screenshot of the traktor "audio setup" with the sb3 device selected, and then a screenshot of "output routing"?

yes thats true !!!!!! i should unplug the controller in order to be onboard sound card enable to hear the rec !!!!!

at this setting i can hear the sound on monitor but not in the headphones that is connected to the controller

Well yeah, you did not select the sb3.

You have to find and select the sb3 from the "Audio device" drop down.

And connect both speakers and headphones the to sb3.

Because output 2, 3 are probably the headphones out.

Monitor probably needs to be set to out 2, 3

And Master to 0, 1

And then connect speakers to the sb3.

Nah, recording is fine. Traktor will take it from master automatically.
