Battery 4: All Expansion Kits except for one (True School) shows up in Factory Library

I don't get it. I have a lot Expansion Kits, and they all show up in Battery 4 Factory Library, except for one: True School. See attached screenshot.

You can see it skips from Transistor Punch straight to Velvet Lounge. Rescanning the Factory Library in Battery > Settings doesn't do anything. Reinstalling the True School Expansion Set doesn't do anything. Weirdly, however, the True School Battery Kits do show up in Komplete Kontrol.

Is there a preference file that needs to be deleted so that the Factory Library will be forced to be rebuild itself in Battery 4 (standalone or plugin)?

@oobe79 The issue was fixed, open Native Access, restart your computer, next time you open Battery you should be able to look for the True School kits:

I just checked here. You're right, it doesn't show in that list - but:

Same here, but it is like that since years.

True School library doesn't appear on Battery Preferences but its kits are visible and work fine.

Same problem here on my laptop (Mac). I'll check on my main machine later, but I'm guessing there's something missing from the install on Mac systems.

Have you tried standalone Battery 4 ? (Else maybe try a re-scan in Edit - Preferences - Library ? )

Also on my computer (PC) it is there but even if I put in the True School to search then I have to use the scroll bar to scroll down to get it to show. Obviously then that is also because of that I have many items on the list…

Does your actual "True School" folder location (on disk) simply say "True School" or "True School Library"?

If it's the former - uninstall it and reinstall it via Native Access and try it again in Battery.

For what it is worth then on my PC then the folder only says 'True School'.
