Can anyone tell me how to get real support from a real human?
I have 59 products in Native Access that cannot be updated.
Some products (effects, for instance) can be updated, and I can install new products. But expansions and stuff related to Reaktor cannot be updated. Kontakt cannot be updated, either.
I have followed the steps in every relevant FAQ, that I could find - and followed all the proposals from the chatbot. Nothing has worked so far.
I even went through the chatbot to submit a support ticket, but never received a confirmation email with a ticket number.
I have spent many hours getting nowhere.
I need help from a human employee from NI. How do I get that?
