Since about 5 months ago I was trying to find out why this problem was occuring. This is the ticket verbiage (I can't fuind the ticket # to reference):
— "VST's EATING UP CPU @ 200 % - What are the BEST ways to use them EFFICIENTLY?"
Great suggestions were made but sample rates, latency, ASIO, Windows issues, and all the other good ideas were not the problem.
Finally today I found that the Nectar 4 Breath Control VST (stand alone, not part of the main VST) was sucking up 603ms and causing my issues and playback delays.
Is this normal for this stand alone VST? or is something else wrong?
I thought it was pretty cool concept and a helpful product, but I can't use it if this is the case.
Thank you
