Native Access…downloaded 10GB+ and still don't have a 2.73GB drum lab file. I cannot believe in this day and age, with a company as large as NI, with millions of customers downloading what must be quadrillions of GBs of data, we still have a system that can't pick up where it left off if theres a fail. And there can be ten reasons for a fail, There must 1 million complaints about this. Having downloaded stuff for about 40 years now online, I've seen it work, and seen others fail. I'm no programmer, I'm sure there's an excellent reason (!?). Under the current circumstances, I don't expect change. Sometimes it picks up where it left off, sometimes it won't. But I don't think I can be bothered trying to download the 40GB files. Hundreds of hours down. I had Kontact running, closed it, and the download restarted. And then after 10 downloads of Kontakt 7, I finally get a clean install. And then Drum Lab says I don't have Kontact installed..
This Is beyond madness.
Please save your breath and don't say 'seems to work fine for me'. Bless you.
I just want to know why they can't release a new download app that has contingencies built in.
I have heard the data can be downloaded directly from the website, but I have no idea where. I doubt this is correct.
