Try first resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Then reboot
Then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
Then open Kontakt standalone to check f that fixed the problem
If it did not fix the problem then there are still left-overs from the library somewhere on your computer , could e.g. be on another location you had it on previously…
