Controller Editor - Maschine+ - how to turn pad light off?

Is this a bug? or just a bad/dumb user experience? What I want is pads that are set to 'off' have their lights off. Am I missing something?

    You have to turn off Both the "Hit" AND "Press" Actions...

    Brilliant!

    Now.. a follow up.. is there a way to get the Name of the pad to NOT show "Off"? I'd prefer to have it show nothing. This for the Buttons and Knobs, if you enter a single Space it shows an empty cell when Off.. but for the Pads, it seems to insist to show Off.

    However, seems if you reload the .cc file, it seems to revert any 'blank' off cells back to their default name assignments? That's not nice!
