it is possible that you can get N.I. Support (all) to transfer the keyboard to your account provided that the previous owner does not make any objections.
Support will most likely ask for a receipt/'proof of purchase' and then they will look into things , then they decide what to do. NI Support are in charge of all of this , what they decide depends on the exact situation…
So ask Support and hope that they can/will transfer the keyboard to your account…

When registering the keyboard then you get a voucher to get the Komplete 15 Select software for free.

You can't get a new serial number. The keyboard has a serial number, you should be able to find it under the device itself. With that serial number our support agents can reach out to the person who registered that keyboard the last.
