I'm trying to change my e-mail adress because I changed provider. Works simpel enough with all competitors of your company, but of course Native Instruments has to create the exception to the normal.
I tried the chatbot, it asks me for the old and the new e-mail addres which I supplied of course, but that says I have to fill in a form, while I don't see a form.
Then it asks me for a screenshot. If I skip this nothing happens.
Typical for the IT team at Native Instruments, I guess, good at taking money (over 2 K in Euro).
