My colleagues from the Hardware Service have a lot of requests to process at the moment, sorry about the delay, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
It‘s been two weeks since last contact with the Support and nearly a month without any News from the repair Team . I wanna Know when i get my Maschine Plus back.
