Ozone serial number

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting my Ozone software (normally included in Komplete installed in Cubase 14) to work. It asks for a serial number, but regardless of the number (I only have the serial numbers from NI Komplete), the program rejects it.

What do you mean exactly by "trouble getting getting Ozone software to work" ?

It asks for a serial number, but regardless of the number the program rejects it.

What "it" asks for a serial ? And where does it ask for a serial ? And where does it reject the serial (screenshot of error ?)(but leave out/blur serial if on screenshot)

(I only have the serial numbers from NI Komplete),

What "NI Komplete" do you have that you are referring to ?

Ozone 9 (if this is what we are really talking about):

is not capable of being authorized by Native Access.

If anything - you need to use the iZotope Product Portal.

@marcov Some more info would be helpful here, like screenshots of error messages, etc…
