Why can't I buy 'Flow and Motion: Dombra'

I've been trying to buy this for two days.

I go to "Deals" and every time I press "buy", I get a page saying "Oops! Something went wrong! We encountered an error processing your request"

It said try "Products", where Dromba doesn't show up.

I've tried logging out and back in again, and also tried my other computer (this one is a PC, other one is a Mac Studio), but I'm getting no where.
