I tried a few days ago to contact support. AI told me i would receive a ticket in my email. days later… nope. yes checked spam. tried again today. nope.. email is correct. Any way to contact support?
I checked in our system, I found 3 tickets from you. In 2 of them my colleagues got back to you. Last Wednesday for ticket 4793718 and yesterday for ticket 4791369. Can you double check your inbox, spam, filters, etc…if you don't find anything please send me an alternative email address by direct message, here in the forum.
Everything Worked out for me. I was able to register my hardware I bought and gain a licence for Traktor 3.. thank you so much Jeremy_NI
I just received a ticket after a second try, ill see where this goes.
All tickets are assigned a priority and these guys are very busy 24x7x365.
They will get back to you - but if you are expecting them to get back to you in a hour - you need to temper that expectation.

Vocalpoint, I hear what your saying but when the AI says youll receive a ticket number in a few moments, that annoys one when you dont see it. waiting for a response here on is no problem. just nice to know things are in motion.
Usually if people do not receive a ticket confirmation then it is either because the NI email were shot down by some ISP filter or user email account spam filter or some other similar problem. Also in rare cases it has been seen that a response for one reason or another were sent to an old email address previously used. And of course there are the rather rare mishaps including possibly in NI end….
Also then it's not always that a ticket actually gets made though people think that think that they made one…
Most often the problem is that the email for one reason or the other is lost on the way. We sometime see cases where NI confirms having sent a number of emails and people report to having received none and an alternative email address have had to be suggested to try that.
In your case where you have now received a confirmation on making a ticket after a second attempt then I personally is most inclined to chalk up attempt number one as something having ended in some mishap for whatever reason…

Well - as Poorfellow notes - if your contact info is not current (or even reachable) makes it pretty hard to get back to you.
Any number of things can happen at any given second when it comes to email, networks etc etc. It is not always instant and not always explainable either.
Power Tip: Making more than one request for the same issue over and over out there - will simply slow everything down and is not recommended.
For me - the order is - make sure you are logged into your NI account out there - before doing anything. Then hit the chat area and all should go smoothly. I cannot emphasize that first point more strongly.

I checked your request. Sometimes the email notification can take more time, you should also have received an automatic first reply, did you finally get one of these? Your request is in our system anyway, my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.
i got my ticket the second time i tried the following day. been quite a few days and have not heard anything back.
