Did you watch any Traktor midi mapping tutorials? If yes, does it not show up on the in and out port?
It is likely that some custom mapping works will be involved. Enablelearn in the ControllerManager and swipe your hand above the device tocapture MIDI signals. Should be fun :)
As I cannot find something specific about an Audiolabs Theremin (or even about this company): Does this even send MIDI? This would be a prerequisite to map anything in Traktor. Or is your goal to get the audio generated by that theremin into your mix with S4?
If it is about audio: Connect it to one of your S4s audio inputs, assign this input to a deck in Traktor and set this to live input.
Searching for "Audiolabs Theremin" on the whole internet only brings up this thread. Are you sure it's the correct company and device name?

Says there it supports midi. So I guess you can map it like any other midi controller.
If you search you should be able to find quite a lot midi mapping tutorials online.

Judging by the product page, the Audima Labs Theremin supports midi, so yes it should work with Traktor.
Yes, the Theremin supports MIDI, but the Traktor software doesn't show me any settings page that lets me map it.
