Battery 4.3.1 does not find samples of Expansions: Battery 4_info.nks missing?

All,

I am facing a weird issue. I am owner of the NI Collector Edition and since last updates Battery 4 canot find several Expansions. "Amplified Funk" is listed correctly, but samples of "Anima Ascent" or "Aquarius Earth" are not found. All in all I miss full access to 45 Expansion packs!

If I try to do a rescan, nothing happens. I have already reinstalled Battery 4 via Native Access, but there is no success. Same problem. If I click on the folder icon left to "Anima Ascent" to force a manual scan, then I get the message that 1 file cannot be found and it is: "Battery 4_info.nkx". I checked the library path for it and was not able to find it.

Anybody a solution for that? It worked until the latest updates well. It is now extremely cumbersome to search for "right samples".

I can open the Acid kit (Part of Anima Ascent)

But the Battery browser does not find a specific sample of this kit, the list is completely empty.

Whereas Battery is able to find other samples with "Ac".

So what can I do?
