Traktor Pro 4 does not turn on when connected to Wi-Fi

Hello, Traktor Pro 4 doesn't work when my computer is connected to Wi-Fi, but when I turn off the Wi-Fi connection, the program works fine. What could be the cause?I reinstalled the program, and the problem persists.

this means that after starting the tractor with an internet connection, the program is thrown out - it burns and turns off immediately

What do you mean by "does not work"? Does it crash?
