I believe I purchased Traktor when it was first released over 20 years ago, originally to control and rip vinyl records. Over the years, I’ve appreciated how Traktor has evolved and remained an important part of my DJ workflow.
With the release of Traktor Pro 4, I was curious to see whether there had been further improvements in metadata handling. From my perspective, this area seems largely unchanged, and I was wondering if this is something planned for the future.
In particular, I would find DJ-specific metadata fields such as Style (as known from Discogs), Mood, or Energy Levelextremely helpful—especially since similar fields are available in other DJ software.
Additionally, support for existing iTunes fields like Grouping would be greatly appreciated, as these could be very useful for organizing tracks by style or mood within Traktor.
