How to change path away from OneDrive?

I'm not sure what this folder is called. For me, the default folder is:

/user/onedrive/documents/native instruments/

In here are folders for all my NI products. This is not one of the paths in Native Access (it is not a download location, installation location or content location). I think it is some type of product default settings/data folder

In the context of Traktor Pro, this is where the ROOT dir defaults to. I know how to change this location for TP, but I want to move all of these files out of Outlook. So I want all NI programs to go to /user/documents/native instruments/ instead of onedrive/user/documents/native instruments. The same goes for future NI product installs.

I now have a symlink that directs /user/onedrive/documents/native instruments/ to /user/documents/native instruments/, but I'd prefer to not use the symlink so I can completely cut onedrive out of this.
