How do i get a response from NI support after using the support wizard?
i’ve put in a support request for a maschine midi issue (unable to record midi notes in studio one v5 from maschine hardware) via the support wizard, received an email on how to use the NI support tool, returned support tool zip file as requested per email, and no response for weeks. i put in another support ticket just in case the original got lost and still no response…..

You can check the status of your support ticket by clicking the link to the corresponding ticket inside the email that you initially received.

The only link in the email sent was the one to download the support tool.
