Urgent: Custom GUI & Engine not initializing in Logic Pro (Works fine in Standalone)

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a critical issue with my custom Kontakt 7 instrument. Everything works perfectly in Standalone mode, but when I load the same .nki in Logic Pro, the instrument seems to fail to initialize.

The pictures below are the situation in Standalone mode and in Logic Pro

Have you given full disk access to both DAW and ALL NI apps ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And if using Sequoia/Tahoe then N.I. apps (and DAW ?) must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else then t might be good to try resetting Logic to it's default settings:

Method 1: Using the in-app reset

1. Open Logic Pro.
2. From the top menu, click Logic Pro and select Settings (or Preferences).
3. Choose the Reset All Settings Except Key Command Assignments option.
4. You will be prompted to save your custom key commands. Choose to save them or not, depending on your preference. 

Method 2: Manually deleting preference files

1. Quit Logic Pro.
2. Open Finder.
3. Click Go in the menu bar, then hold down the Option key to reveal Library,and select Library.
4. Go to the Preferences folder.
5. Find and delete the following file by moving it to the Trash:
   • com.apple.logic.pro.plist
6. Empty the Trash.
