Traktor / Z2 says right channel is missing

Question

I have my Z2 connected to my PC. Audio is through my Presonus audio interface. Settings: audio setup - audio device - Studio USB ASIO; Output Routing - mixing mode - internal, Output Master -  L Main out left, R Main out right.

Everything sounds fine, both Track A and B have audio output to my L and R speakers. Track A keeps flashing in red that "Right Channel is missing" and "check cable connections."

You probably pressed something on yngre z2.

Read the manual, it's probably an obvious button.

That's it! I had to switch from Scratch Control to Internal Playback.  After loading a few more tracks, I had to switch this again. I don't know why it seems to revert to Scratch Control.

Do you have set up Scratch Control/DVS? These messages are displayed if you have poor input signals while using Scratch Control.

If you are using DVS check your audio inputs and cables. As you write that you use a Presonus interface make sure that signals are really line level on its inputs as it most likely will have no phonp preamps.

If you aren't using DVS click on the deck letter in the affected deck and change from Scratch Control to Internal Playback.
